You must use the setup code 2558 for video accessories. These universal remote controls are compatible out of the box with the Western Digital HD Media Player. If that does not work you may need a higher quality universal remote to actually map out some keys. If you have a universal remote, try using the remote code 2558 to control your WD TV media player.
